DIIS researcher discusses book with The Wall Street Journal

China’s hunt for oil to drive its fast-growing economy has taken it into conflict areas like Sudan and South Sudan, a risky venture for both the reputation and bottom line of Chinese companies.

The Wall Street Journal’s China Real Time caught up with the author during a recent visit to Beijing. Read edited excerpts here
