Memory between history and contemporary politics in East Central Europe
Workshop in Network on European Memory of Mass Atrocities, Aarhus University 30-31 January
Network on European Memory of Mass Atrocities, NEMMA, will have its 4th workshop for international experts on Aarhus University. The theme of the workshop is how the memory of Nazism and Stalinism has developed in East Central Europe and also how particulary the period under Communist rule has become part of domestic political debate. The workshop is organised by Associate Professor Peter Bugge, Aarhus University, in cooperation with Senior Researcher Cecilie Felicia Stokholm Banke.
