Pakistan elections 2013: will policy win over patrimony?

Mona Kanwal Sheikh comments on the upcoming elections

On OpenDemocracy, DIIS researcher Mona Kanwal Sheikh shares her perspective on the May 2013 general elections in Pakistan:

Far more important is whether this election can bring a change in political culture in its wake.”
