Danish Foreign Policy Review 2022 has been published

Danish Foreign Policy Review 2022 is covering some of the key issues in Danish foreign policy. The volume includes four peer reviewed articles:

  • Dan Hamilton: A new Atlanticism? Transatlantic relations in an era of persistent confrontation and ongoing disruption
  • Sara Olsvig: ‘Uagununa nunarput’ (‘it’s our country’). Greenland’s aim to move from trilateralism with Denmark and the US, to US–Greenlandic bilateralism
  • Søren Dosenrode: The Danish defence opt-out and the non-Europeanisation of Danish defence
  • Jessica Larsen: Towards maritime security in the Gulf of Guinea. Are Danish efforts fit for purpose?

In addition to the scholarly articles, the volume includes evaluations of 2021 by, respectively, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeppe Kofoed and Minister of Defence Morten Bødskov.

Finally, the volume includes a bibliography of publications in English on Danish foreign policy that were published in 2021.

The book has been edited by Director Kristian Fischer (krif@diis.dk) and Senior Researcher Hans Mouritzen (hmo@diis.dk).
