Bordering Russia
Theory and prospects for Europe's Baltic rim
A volume edited by Hans Mouritzen has been published as a paperback during 2020 in the series ‘Routledge Revivals’: ‘Bordering Russia: Theory and Prospects for Europe’s Baltic Rim’. It has also now been made available as e-book.
The volume applies modified realism previously developed by the editor to the dilemmas of states bordering Russia during the early post-Cold War era. It is demonstrated how historic experiences with Russia/the Soviet Union distinguishes Finland from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland and affects contemporary alliance policy.
