Ever since the outbreak of the Ukraine crisis in 2014 relations between Russia and the West have been troubled, sparking tensions across a wide array of areas. This is of crucial importance for all Baltic Sea Region states, particularly for the Nordic and the Baltic states. As great power competition in the region increases, it raises the question of how these smaller countries might cope not least by increasing cooperation between each other.

Join us for this webinar focusing on the recent geopolitical transitions, foreign policy and energy infrastructure investments in the Baltic Sea Region and on how that development impacts the prospects for future collaboration between Nordic and Baltic states.
