In occasion of the Danish EU presidency, Senior Researcher Fabrizio Tassinari wrote a commentary on how Denmark's special membership in the EU can contribute to the current EU crisis. Furthermore, the article details ways in which the Danish government's objective of acting as a “bridge-builder” in Europe over the next 6 months may and should materialize.
The English-language version of the article appeared in openDemocracy while a Danish version of it appeared on the daily Berlingske. The Danish-language piece inaugurates a strategic cooperation between DIIS and Berlingske Tidende during the Danish presidency.
