Express Tribune interview with DIIS researcher

The Pakistani affiliate to the International New York Times, the Express Tribune, brings a series of comments from four experts that specialize in radicalization, counter-terrorism, and Pakistani politics. Post doc researcher at DIIS Mona Kanwal Sheikh is among the experts shedding light on, among other things, the evolution of the Pakistani Taliban and the status and prospects of peace talks with the TTP.

Snapshots from the interviews are found in six small videos on the Express Tribune website with comments made by Mona Kanwal Sheikh, Tom Parker, former director for Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism Policy at Amnesty International,  Michael Kugelman Pakistan fellow at the Wilson Centre and Daniel Markey, Pakistan fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations .
