EU Foreign Policy after LisbonFabrizio Tassinari spoke in Seoul and commented in the mediaFabrizio Tassinari, Senior Research and Head of Foreign Policy and EU Studies, delivered 3 lectures by invitation in Seoul, South Korea on EU foreign and security policy after the Lisbon Treaty. On 10 December, he spoke at the inaugural conference of EU Center of the Samsung Economic Research Institute. He then delivered lectures at the University of Seoul and Yonsei University on EU enlargement and neighborhood policies. On 11 December, Tassinari commented for the European news portal Global Europe on the same subject with a particular emphasis on the potential of the forthcoming European External Action Service and on the significance of 2010 for the Service’s composition and functioning.
