Expertise
Institutional issues related to rural development with particular attention to agricultural services and the changing landscape of risk. This includes capacity development and institutional change issues in relation to climate change adaptation, food security, poverty alleviation, disaster risk reduction, post-disaster recovery and development in developing countries
