Lars presented the paper 'Elites and the Rehabilitation of the Sugar Industry in Mozambique', Neil presented the paper 'Working with Elites in Bangladesh: Policy and implementation in the productive sectors', and Lindsay presented the paper 'Elites and the Rise of the Horticulture Export Industry in Ghana'. |
