Poverty Reduction Through a New Agenda for Agriculture in Africa: Policy Change and its Impact in Soroti District, UgandaThe study analyzes change in the social accountability relationship between local government, farmer institutions and private providers of agricultural services over the past decade, and the impact on agricultural technology development and rural poverty reduction.
