Organized under the auspices of IDS-Helsinki, Finland; RUC and DIIS, Denmark; and the IDS-Sussex, United Kingdom. Funding has been obtained from Norface. Ole Therkildsen is the contact person at DIIS.
A team of researchers and consultants, with Ole Therkildsen, DIIS, as the team leader, has just completed a Danida funded policy study on staff management and organisational performance.
In April- May, Ole Therkildsen participated in the first annual review of the Democracy, Justice and Peace programme in Uganda.
