Ekspertise

Min hovedinteresse er USA’s Mellemøstpolitik og Sikkerhedspolitisk teori fra ca. 1800 til krigen mod terror. Centralt er to begreber: terrorisme og politisk orden, herunder verdensorden. Geografisk er fokus på USA’s politik i Den Persiske Golf (Iran, Irak, Saudi-Arabien) og Afghanistan og tematisk på Al-Qaidas historie, jihadisme, radikalisering og forholdet mellem værdikamp og sikkerhed.
