Foreign policy analysis, discourse analysis, social constructivism, theories on regionalization and immigration. French domestic and foreign/EU policy. Islam and secularism, Islam in international politics. EU's Neigbhourhood policy toward the southern Mediteranean. Algeria, Tunisia, Lybia and North Africa with regard to internal development and the question about terrorism, islam and immigration. Security policy in the Sahara area: Mauritania, Mali, Niger.
