COMPAS
The centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS) at University of Oxford provides a strategic, integrated approach to understanding contemporary and future migration dynamics across sending areas and receiving contexts in the UK and EU.



Diaspora.fi
Diaspora.fi is a resource page for scholars interested in religions in the globalising world. It provides information on available studies, journals, and projects in the field. The diaspora mailing list is an information channel for new publications, funding, positions, conferences and other events.

 

H-Migration 
H-Migration is dedicated to enhancing scholarly communication about the global history of migration and the acculturation of immigrants and their descendants into their new society. 
 
The Migration Policy Institute
The Migration Policy Institute is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit think tank in Washington, DC dedicated to analysis of the movement of people worldwide.  MPI aims to meet the rising demand for pragmatic and thoughtful responses to the challenges and opportunities that large-scale migration, whether voluntary or forced, presents to communities and institutions in an increasingly integrated world.


The International Migration Institute


The IMI is working with researchers, practitioners and policy-makers in the global South and North, and is committed to developing a long-term and comprehensive perspective on global migration dynamics. The IMI is part of the James Martin 21st Century School at the University of Oxford.



Refugee and Forced Migration Research List


The Refugee and Forced Migration Research list will facilitate discussion between students and researchers with an interest in the fields of refugee studies and forced migration and to encourage the exchange of information. The list is managed by Paul Dudman, who is the Archivist responsible for the Refugee Archives collections at the University of East London, (UEL). The Refugee Research Centre at UEL is also responsible ofr running a postgraduate MA course in Refugee Studies.



Sussex Centre for Migration Research 


The Centre for Migration Research at University of Sussex seeks to influence both the understanding of migration and the policies that affect migrants. Their current research includes the following themes: Development Research Centre on Migration, Globalisation and Poverty, Mobile Professionals, Home and Away: South Asian Children's Representations of Diaspora, Cultural Geographies of Counter-Diasporic Migration: The Second Generation Returns 'Home' and International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion in Europe.

Akademiet for Migrationsstudier i Danmark
Det primære mål for Akademiet for Migrationsstudier i Danmark (AMID) er at forske i problemstillinger på migrations-området, for bedre at være i stand til at håndtere sociale, kulturelle og politiske problemer i forbindelse med integration, eksklusion og medborgerskab. Et andet formål er at opbygge en vidensbase, der kan danne grundlag for politiske beslutninger og offentlige debatter på indvandrerområdet.



DIIS Research Unit on Migration
The research unit on migration at Danish Institute for International Studies questions some of the assumptions that are currently influencing the migration debate and examine how states and international organizations seek to control, regulate and optimize international migration. The unit explore migration from a sending and receiving perspective – and last but not least from a migrant perspective.



Migrationsinitiativet
Migrationsinitiativet er et tværfagligt forskningsnetværk ved Københavns Universitet, med deltagelse fra seks fakulteter og omfatter desuden samarbejde med en bred kreds af eksterne partnere.
